So the new website is up and running, which is an infinitely awesome improvement over our old text based nightmare. Hopefully it will provide everyone with a little clearer insight into what we do here.

Anyway, along with the website, most things have been going pretty well around here. I seem to have run into a little snag with some tight hamstring attachments and a messed up hip. It started during a track workout about a week ago, I must have been putting quite a bit more weight on my left leg as I rounded the turns and threw something off inside my hip area. I'm really thinking its just some of that muscle soreness that comes from a track workout and leaves with some rest. So, as of now, I am trying to avoid ripping anything too fast, and really pounding the rehab to try and get this thing race ready for my next 5k in two weeks.

In other recent developments, Halo has been going well. Our senior intern Ryan Vanhoy has really shaking things up with his arrival and has been giving me a run for my money. Although, lately, Burg and Thomas have left the shells of their former newb-ness and have really shaped up to be pretty good players in their own right. We are all anticipating the arrival of Nick Polk (my former teammate at GVSU and a pretty cool dude) who brings not only his striking good looks, but also an Xbox 360 which has us all pretty excited.
