11:00 Exercise Physiology 12:00 lunch (private coaching sessions begin)
1:30 5k-10k-Marathon Training
3:00 Nutrition for Performance
4:15 Optional Hike/Run –Moses Cone Manor House/Fire Tower or relax and massage

7:40 Leave For Track Session in Boone---“Speed Work” Followed w/ video taping
11:00 Yoga
12:15 Lunch
1:30 Video Analysis
2:30 Individual Sessions with Pete and Zika/Relax Massage etc.
