ZAP Fitness Adult Running Camps

Welcome to ZAP Fitness Adult Running Camp

Our goal with every ZAP Fitness Running Camp is to provide our campers with an intimate, informative, relaxing, as well as challenging running experience for all ages and abilities.  We offer both four day and week long running camp sessions between June and August.  Each camp will cover the same range of topics with our full week camps offering a bit more flexibility and free time; perfect for relaxing and touring the surrounding areas.

It was so well organized and the balance of running and non-running activities was perfect. The trails were awesome and I got the do my first ever mountain hike/climb. June 13-16 Adult Running Vacation Weekend NEW!

For the first time we are adding an early June Mini Camp that will be open to all runners of every level! This weekend is a great way to kick off your summer training program and get you excited about the upcoming racing season. It is also an opportunity to simply relax and enjoy letting running be the focus of your day for this long weekend. This camp is perfect for beginners and experienced runners alike as we will provide challenging runs for all ability levels. As with all of our camps our goal is to create an informative and relaxing and running experience. Come join us for the first year of our Mini Adult Running Vacation and kick start your training for the summer!

June 27-30 Women's Mini Camp

This is a great opportunity for women to get together in a positive and supportive environment where campers will explore the sport of distance running. As with all of our camps our goal is to create an informative, relaxing and challenging running experience. This four day weekend is ideal for beginners and experienced runners who want to be empowered and excited about their running.

July 7-12 The Bear Week
 
Cost: $750.00 ($785.00 with the Bear, Thursday evening)

This years race week of running camp will give you plenty of opportunities for some new, fun and challenging running experiences. In addition to our normal camp week, Thursday night you will have the opportunity to run The Bear 8k Road Race, which starts in Linville NC and ascends over 1500 feet to the top  of Grandfather Mountain. This is a race you will never forget. (Race entry is an additional $35)

Aug 8-11 Marathon Prep Mini Camp

Cost: $525.00

Planning on a fall marathon? Whether it is your 1st or your 10th this is the perfect  camp for you. Be it New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Twin Cities, Hartford, Steamtown  or the Berlin Marathon, this camp is designed to help    you set up your fall training and put you on the right track for a great marathon experience. During your four days at ZAP Fitness we will answer all your marathon related questions from nutrition to  mileage so you can train your best for the next 8-12 weeks.
