Jankowski is a 2008 graduate of Oklahoma State where he was an All-American for the Cowboys. Jankowski's 1st year at ZAP was extremely successful. The 26 year-old Idaho native ran personal bests this past year at 1500m, mile, 3,000m, 5000m, and 10,000m. Jankowski was 5th at the USATF Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 10,000m in 2010 and won the 2009 USATF Club XC Championships (leading ZAP to victory) in a 10,000m xc time of 29:18. Jankowski also ran his debut marathon on 10/3 finishing 4th at Twin Cities in a time of 2:16.15.
