Grace spent 4 years as a resident athlete at ZAP Fitness and now continues with Team ZAP as a satellite athlete living with her husband, (former ZAP athlete) Thomas Morgan in Lexington, KY. An All SEC XC and track runner while at the University of Kentucky, Grace dramatically in her four years at ZAP lowering her 5,000m best from 16:29 to 15:47. Grace was also a finalist at the 2008 Olympic Track & Field Trials (10,000m) and ran a PR of 32:54.9 for that distance on the track in 2010, which qualified her for the 2012 Olympic Trials in the Marathon. Grace has been named to three US Ekiden Relay Teams (Chiba / Yokohama) in the last two years and has seen a great deal of success on the road racing circuit as well running personal bests of 26:39 for 8k, 55:51 for 10 miles and 33:12 for a road 10k (Peachtree '09) all in the last year. 2010 was undoubtedly her best year thus far running personal bests at 5k and 10k (8th at USATF Nationals). Look for Alli to run her first marathon in 2010 before returning to track in the spring of 2011.
