Warrenburg is now entering his 4th year as a ZAP Resident Athlete. The former Arizona State University All-American struggled in the fall and winter with a lingering hip and leg injury. After a spring focused on rehab. Warrenburg was able to put together 2 months of semi pain free running. In that period he won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Georgia Tech Invitational and was runner up in the same event at the Jim Bush Classic (Walnut, CA) which qualified him for the USATF National Championships. At USATF Nationals in Eugene Warrenburg performed well qualifying for the final and finishing 7th, his highest placing at a USATF Outdoor Championship. After Nationals Ryan competed overseas in Germany, Sweden and Belgium. Look for Ryan to focus on a healthy fall and a strong 2010 track season.
